kumbungu Goes Green: Farmers' Day celebration
On 7 December 2025, Kumbungu district rolled out the red carpet for our hardworking farmers! The annual Farmers' Day celebration was a vibrant mix of music, dance, and farm-fresh fun.
Awards lit up the stage for outstanding farmers, DCE, Hon Yakubu Imoro Kakpagu praised farmers' grit: "You feed our nation, drive our economy, and inspire us all!"
The air was filled with traditional rhythms as communities showcased local produce and talents. "This year's harvest is looking gooood!" 🎉 said one beaming farmer.
With support from the MP, the district reaffirmed its commitment to agricultural growth and rural prosperity. Kudos to all farmers - keep growing, keep feeding Ghana! 🌾
